Operations Management
Supervise daily pharmacy operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with health and safety regulations.
Maintain proper storage and labeling of medicines.
Ensure the branch meets legal, regulatory, and professional standards.
Team Leadership
Lead, train, and motivate pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and support staff.
Manage employee schedules, attendance, and performance evaluations.
Foster a positive and customer-oriented work environment.
Customer Service
Ensure excellent customer service is delivered consistently.
Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements where needed.
Inventory & Procurement
Oversee stock levels and ensure adequate inventory without overstocking.
Coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement of medicines and supplies.
Conduct regular stock audits and ensure accurate documentation.
Sales & Business Development
Achieve and exceed sales targets set for the branch.
Monitor financial performance and prepare periodic sales reports.
Implement local marketing strategies and promotional campaigns.
Compliance & Documentation
Ensure compliance with all pharmacy laws and regulations.
Maintain proper records for prescriptions, inventory, and transactions.
Facilitate audits and inspections by regulatory bodies.
Requirements Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D); MBA is a plus.
Must be a registered pharmacist with a valid license.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a pharmacy setting, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role.
