Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone regarding product information, order status, shipping, returns, and other related issues.
  • Confirm order details with customers, including shipping addresses, payment information, and product specifications.
  • Process order modifications and cancellations as requested by customers.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and order details.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments as needed.
  • Provide clear and concise information to customers regarding company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards all customers.
  • Assist in identifying and reporting recurring customer issues to improve overall service quality.
