We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Customer Support team. If you have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for helping people, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to US-based telecom services
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently and professionally
- Document customer interactions in CRM tools
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Excellent spoken English (US accent preferred)
- Previous call center experience is a plus
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work night shifts
- Minimum qualification: Intermediate / Bachelor
