  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to US-based telecom services
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently and professionally
  • Document customer interactions in CRM tools
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Excellent spoken English (US accent preferred)
  • Previous call center experience is a plus
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work night shifts
  • Minimum qualification: Intermediate / Bachelor
