The company is owned by a consortium of European companies, European Agro Ventures Ltd, TBL Agro Venture and the Babar Ali Foundation.

Maxim has a distribution and technical know how agreement with Trouw Nutrition International (TNI), which is a Nutreco company. Nutreco is a leading global company in providing animal nutrition solutions and a wide range of products. Maxim also exclusively distributes many of these products in Pakistan & Afghanistan.
