We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Executive to join our growing team. As a key point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience on our eBay store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and respond to customer inquiries via eBay, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve product, shipping, and transaction issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Process orders and track shipments, updating customers on delivery status.
  • Handle returns, refunds, and exchanges in compliance with eBay policies.
  • Monitor eBay feedback and address any negative feedback to maintain a high seller rating.
  • Collaborate with the sales and operations team to ensure smooth order fulfillment and accurate product listings.
  • Stay updated on eBay’s policies and ensure all communications comply with platform standards.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer service, ideally in an e-commerce or drop shipping environment.
  • Familiarity with eBay’s platform and policies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Basic knowledge of order processing, shipping, and inventory management.

Preferred:

  • Previous experience in eBay drop shipping or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software or eBay management tools.
