The ideal candidate will manage gate operations, ensure accurate documentation, and maintain security standards while fostering a collaborative working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage gate operations by checking in and out vehicles, verifying shipping documents, and maintaining accurate records of shipments.
Monitor and control gate traffic to prevent unauthorized access and report any suspicious activities or security breaches.
Collaborate with warehouse staff and teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth logistical operations.
Prepare and update daily logs of vehicle movements, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
Work on the integration of ERP systems across departments and mitigate errors in alignment with company standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

Experience: 1-2 years of relevant job experience in an industrial unit, preferably textiles.

Education: Matriculation/Intermediate from a recognized board.

Technical Skills:

Basic knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Familiarity with logistics documentation and procedures.
Basic understanding of transportation and shipping regulations.

General Skills:

Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.
Strong communication skills, with proficiency in professional email and report writing.
Effective listener with a keen ability to absorb technical knowledge.
