We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in making outbound calls and email outreach to potential customers in the UK market, with a strong ability to follow up on existing leads and convert them into sales orders.
Key Responsibilities:
Make proactive outbound calls to prospective customers in the UK.
Conduct email campaigns and follow-ups to engage and nurture leads.
Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to drive sales.
Follow up on existing leads to ensure timely conversion into sales orders.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.
Work closely with internal teams to align on customer requirements and sales targets.
Provide regular updates and reports on sales progress and pipeline.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field (mandatory)..
2–3 years of relevant experience in business development or sales.
Previous experience working with UK and US-based customers (required).
Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially in a B2B context.
Prior experience in the IT sector (added advantage).
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

Knowledge of sales techniques and market dynamics in the UK.
Ability to handle multiple customer engagements simultaneously.
