As a Sales Development Representative at Falcon-i (Pvt.) Ltd., you play a critical role in driving sales growth by generating new leads and converting them into loyal customers. Your strong proficiency in lead qualification and customer relationship management will ensure that you effectively address customer needs while maximizing sales potential. Although this position does not require managing a team, your individual contributions are essential to meet and exceed sales targets. With a focus on achieving and surpassing sales goals, you will become a key player in the success of our sales strategy.
Responsibilities

  • Generate new sales leads through various channels, including cold calling and outreach efforts.
  • Convert potential leads into customers by effectively qualifying their needs and presenting appropriate solutions.
  • Strengthen existing client relationships by conducting follow-up calls and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
  • Proficiently handle outbound calls and engage in meaningful conversations to inform prospects about our products and services.
  • Utilize lead generation tools to research and identify potential customers in targeted markets.
  • Ask insightful questions to understand customer requirements, which will help to close sales effectively.
  • Go the extra mile to meet and exceed sales quotas while contributing positively to the sales team's overall performance.
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights and develop strategies for improving lead generation and conversion rates.
  • Maintain organized records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for new business.
