• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
  • Making Calls to potential clients, screening them about our products, handling their objections, and closing the lead. 
  • Update Client's lead sheet and follow-up status.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Identify and escalate issues to supervisors when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets (e.g., call handling time, customer satisfaction).
  • Prepare Management Reports.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right tools/methods.
  • Follow communication scripts and call center procedures.
  • Scheduling appointments with students and maintaining an appointment calendar. 
  • Upsell products or services when appropriate (for sales roles).
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.

Terms and Conditions

  • Candidates should have excellent English Language, written, and speaking skills as they will be dealing with North American Clients. 
  • The Office timing is 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM (Evening Shift)
  • Work is from Home, must have own laptop, Internet, and a quiet place to work.
  • MBA Marketing
  • Call Center Experience will be a plus.
  • Familiarity with the phone system
  • Excellent in the English language, especially written and Speaking skills.
