Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
Making Calls to potential clients, screening them about our products, handling their objections, and closing the lead.
Update Client's lead sheet and follow-up status.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, and follow up to ensure resolution.
Identify and escalate issues to supervisors when necessary.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets (e.g., call handling time, customer satisfaction).
Prepare Management Reports.
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right tools/methods.
Follow communication scripts and call center procedures.
Scheduling appointments with students and maintaining an appointment calendar.
Upsell products or services when appropriate (for sales roles).
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.

Terms and Conditions

Candidates should have excellent English Language, written, and speaking skills as they will be dealing with North American Clients.
The Office timing is 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM (Evening Shift)
Work is from Home, must have own laptop, Internet, and a quiet place to work.
MBA Marketing
Call Center Experience will be a plus.
Familiarity with the phone system
Excellent in the English language, especially written and Speaking skills.
