This role will provide the successful candidate with a unique opportunity for learning and career growth in a supportive and friendly team culture.

This is a full-time, completely remote position with the ideal candidate being based in Pakistan or anywhere within access of the European time zone. A strong grasp of and ability to operate fluently in an English-speaking environment is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Support the overall strategy for a global portfolio of financial services events
Scheduling the Senior Conference Producer’s meetings throughout the year and coordinating prep calls before each event with key clients
Managing a database of industry contacts, ensuring this is up-to-date
Answering emails and assisting with calls to maintain relationships with our network
Assisting with desk-based research and helping with content creation for each brand
Working closely with the Marketing team to ensure event content is accurate on websites and conference collateral
Dealing with ad-hoc tasks as required
