As a Branch Manager at Our Global Aspirations, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing our branch operations. You will be responsible for driving business growth, overseeing team performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development:
    • Develop and implement effective business strategies to attract and enroll students.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with universities and educational institutions worldwide.
    • Identify and pursue new market opportunities to expand the branch's reach.
    • Organize and conduct educational fairs, seminars, and workshops to promote study abroad programs.
  • Team Management:
    • Recruit, hire, and train a high-performing team of counselors and support staff.
    • Provide leadership, guidance, and motivation to the team to achieve sales targets and performance goals.
    • Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.
    • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Customer Service:
    • Ensure exceptional customer service by providing personalized counseling and support to students and parents.
    • Address student inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student applications and progress.
  • Operations Management:
    • Oversee day-to-day branch operations, including sales, marketing, and administrative tasks.
    • Monitor and analyze branch performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
    • Manage budgets and financial performance of the branch.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, education, international relations).
  • Proven experience in the education industry, preferably in study abroad counseling or international student recruitment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in English and other relevant languages.
  • In-depth knowledge of study abroad processes, visa regulations, and international education trends.
