As an HR Executive at the Company, you will be responsible for managing the employee lifecycle from hiring to separation.  Our ideal candidate should have experience in handling all HR-related tasks for high-performing sales teams in particular.

Responsibilities:

  • Implementing and managing Company HR policies and procedures
  • Managing recruitment processes, including resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks
  • Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases
  • Provide Training and Support to our Sales teams
  • Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees
  • Addressing employee relations issues and resolving conflicts
  • Preparing and presenting HR and Sales-related reports to management
  • Managing employee separation processes

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources
  • 4+ years of experience in HR management for a sales-related division a must
  • Experience with Sales Training, including on usage of relevant CRM, Tele-sales Productivity software, etc, a significant plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
