Hair Energy is seeking an experienced Call Center Supervisor to lead and manage our customer service team. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth call center operations, drive performance, and maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and monitor daily call center activities to ensure targets are met.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate the performance of call center agents.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service quality and efficiency.
  • Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
  • Prepare and present performance reports to management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a call center supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and drive improvements.
  • Proficient in CRM tools and call center software.
