Job Title: Head of Retail Sales Network
Reports to: Director of Sales -(Plastic Furniture and Home Appliances)
Job Type: Full-time
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Head of Retail Sales Network to lead our retail sales operations, driving revenue growth, and expanding our retail presence. The successful candidate will have a strong background in retail sales management, with expertise in network development, sales strategy, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Retail Network Development:
- Develop and execute strategies to expand and optimize retail network
- Identify new retail opportunities and partnerships
2. Sales Strategy:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Analyze sales performance and identify areas for improvement
3. Team Management:
- Lead and manage retail sales teams, providing coaching and development opportunities
- Ensure sales teams meet sales targets and performance expectations
4. Retail Operations:
- Oversee retail operations, including store layout, visual merchandising, and inventory management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
5. Performance Analysis:
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to inform business decisions
- Identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes
6. Partnerships:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key retail partners and stakeholders
- Negotiate agreements and contracts with partners
Requirements:
1. Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
2. Experience:
- Minimum 8-10 years of retail sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
3. Skills:
- Strong retail sales management and leadership skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and drive business decisions
4. Track Record:
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and sales performance in retail environment
