We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager with proven experience in acquiring security contracts within the UK. This is a senior-level role focused on driving growth, expanding our client base, and delivering measurable results within the security services sector. The role is performance-based, with clear KPIs and deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the UK security industry
• Lead the acquisition of manned guarding and other security-related contracts
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
• Prepare tailored proposals, presentations, and tenders for prospective clients
• Negotiate contract terms and close deals in line with company objectives
• Meet or exceed agreed sales targets and KPIs
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery
Requirements:
• Minimum 1–3 years of proven experience in UK security contract acquisition
• Strong knowledge of the security industry, particularly manned guarding services
• Established network of industry contacts and decision-makers
• Excellent communication skills
