Title:Senior Power BI Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Power BI Developer to join our team on a full-time, onsite basis. As a Senior Power BI Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining our organization's Business Intelligence (BI) solutions using the Power BI platform.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs for data visualization and reporting.
Design and develop Power BI reports, dashboards, and visualizations that provide actionable insights and drive data-informed decision-making.
Ensure the accuracy, efficiency, and reliability of data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
Optimize Power BI models and data structures for improved performance and scalability.
Implement security measures and data governance policies to protect sensitive information.
Monitor and troubleshoot Power BI solutions, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Power BI features and functionalities, and proactively recommend enhancements and improvements.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior members of the team, fostering knowledge sharing and professional growth.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience developing Power BI solutions, including report and dashboard design, data modeling, and DAX calculations.
Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and experience with data integration techniques.
Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation languages, with the ability to write complex queries and optimize performance.
Solid understanding of data visualization best practices and the ability to create visually appealing, user-friendly reports and dashboards.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business requirements to deliver effective BI solutions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience with other BI tools, such as Tableau or QlikView, is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
