We are looking for a well-spoken, organized, and proactive Female Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate should be able to manage front desk duties while providing administrative and client support.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments
Write clear and professional emails for internal and external communication
Conduct basic web research as required by different departments
Maintain and update Excel records and reports
Support the team with general administrative tasks
Coordinate with clients and ensure timely follow-ups
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Strong communication skills in English and Urdu
Proficient in MS Excel and basic office software
Ability to write clear, professional emails
Internet research skills
Presentable, punctual, and responsible attitude
Prior experience in a similar role will be a plus
