Job Summary
ABS International is seeking a dedicated International Customer Service Representative to join our team in Karachi. This full-time, on-site position involves working night shifts at our locations in Gulshan-e-Iqbal and Gulistan-e-Johar. We offer a competitive monthly salary ranging from PKR 45,000 to 50,000, with the potential to significantly increase your earnings through uncapped performance incentives, allowing total monthly compensation to reach up to PKR 200,000. Key Responsibilities
As an International Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for managing both inbound and outbound communications with customers across multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat. Maintaining detailed and precise records of all customer interactions in the designated systems is essential to ensure seamless service continuity. Required Qualifications

Since this role operates during night hours, availability to work shifts such as 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM, 8:00 PM to 4:00 AM, or 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM (Pakistan Standard Time) is necessary. While prior customer service experience is preferred, it is not mandatory, as comprehensive training will be provided.
