Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and creative professional with 1-2 years of experience in strategy and planning specifically related to activations and events. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in developing engaging social media content and providing clear, actionable direction to design teams. Key Responsibilities
- Develop innovative and compelling content for social media campaigns, guiding designers to bring these ideas to life.
- Brainstorm and design activation concepts and strategic plans tailored to meet specific client needs and objectives.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional business teams to evaluate the feasibility of proposed plans and devise robust execution strategies.
- Analyze client pitch briefs thoroughly and translate them into strategic plans that align with brand targets and expectations.
- Continuously monitor and stay updated on current market trends, best practices, and emerging techniques in activations and events.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations that clearly communicate ideas, strategies, and campaign objectives to internal teams and clients.
- Apply innovative thinking and problem-solving skills throughout the planning and execution phases to ensure successful outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience in strategy or planning roles related to activations and events.
- Demonstrated experience in creative or strategic positions, with a preference for candidates having at least 2 years in such roles.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in social media content creation and the ability to direct design teams effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas confidently and clearly.
- A creative thinker who can generate innovative ideas and solutions that differentiate client campaigns.
- Willingness and ability to reliably commute or relocate to Korangi Town prior to starting employment.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- This is a full-time position offering a competitive starting salary beginning at Rs 75,000 per month.
