• Manage product listings, including writing product descriptions, editing images, and updating inventory details.
  • Process online orders, track shipping, and handle returns and exchanges efficiently.
  • Provide customer support by answering queries, resolving issues, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Perform routine checks to ensure that all product pages are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Manage email correspondence and respond to inquiries on behalf of the client.
  • Handle phone calls, including receiving messages and routing calls as required.
  • Perform data entry and manage client databases with high accuracy.
  • Prepare and distribute business-related documents such as reports and presentations.

Skills & Qualification:

  • Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
