Project Manager / Administrator

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to fill the role of Project Manager & Administrator. This position is pivotal in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the rehabilitation center while driving strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Overall management of the rehabilitation center, ensuring smooth operations
Develop and implement effective rehabilitation programs for hard drug users
Expand the center's capacity and reach through strategic planning
Manage the center's budget, human resources, and procurement processes
Fundraise to support the center's programs and initiatives
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
Provide leadership and guidance to the center's staff

Qualifications:

Proven experience in project management, preferably in a healthcare or social services setting
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Passion for helping individuals overcome drug addiction
