The HR Manager will oversee all human resources practices and processes, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and organizational development. This role is essential in ensuring a positive workplace culture and aligning HR strategies with company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and requirements.

Employee Relations:

  • Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts.
  • Ensure clear communication of HR policies and procedures to staff.
  • Conduct regular employee engagement activities.

Performance Management:

  • Oversee performance appraisal systems and ensure timely feedback.
  • Provide coaching and support to managers and employees for career development.

Compliance & Policies:

  • Ensure company compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Maintain and update HR policies and procedures as needed.
  • Handle sensitive employee data with confidentiality.

Organizational Development:

  • Support workforce planning and succession planning initiatives.
  • Implement training and development programs to upskill employees.
  • Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts across the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Leadership skills with a strategic mindset.
