RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance via chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Resolve customer issues and concerns effectively.
  • Utilize product knowledge to guide customers and provide accurate information.
  • Dealing with clients through social media preferably facebook
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer support experience.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excellent written communication skills in English (Grip on customer convincing are a plus).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
  • Previous customer service or chat support experience is a plus.
  • Basic Knowledge of SOCIAL MEDIA & MS OFFICE
