RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance via chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer issues and concerns effectively.
- Utilize product knowledge to guide customers and provide accurate information.
- Dealing with clients through social media preferably facebook
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer support experience.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent written communication skills in English (Grip on customer convincing are a plus).
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
- Previous customer service or chat support experience is a plus.
- Basic Knowledge of SOCIAL MEDIA & MS OFFICE
