We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team and assist with various human resources functions. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to gain hands-on experience in HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage employee records and documentation
  • Help with new employee onboarding and orientation
  • Assist in maintaining employee information in our HR system
  • Coordinate reference checks for new hires
  • Help organize company events, including monthly birthday celebrations
  • Support training and development activities
  • Assist in managing the company's social media presence (LinkedIn and Facebook)
  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team

What We Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with HR specialization
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Basic analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently

Additional Information
