- Assist in the planning and execution of projects under the guidance of senior management, contributing to the successful completion of initiatives and gaining hands-on experience in project management.
- Collect and analyze relevant data to generate insights, prepare reports, and make recommendations for process improvements and strategic decision-making
- Implementation of case studies to strengthen information base for programme planning and designing.
- Demonstrate adaptability by working on diverse projects and contribute innovative ideas to drive efficiency and effectiveness in different areas of the business.
- Compilation of monthly and quarterly progress reports.
- Provide inputs in development/revision of key project documents, writing concept notes and project proposals.
- Attend advisory meetings including consultation with Government, NRSP head/regional offices and project associated partner agencies.
- Facilitate the implementation of the project activities at various levels.
- Establish participatory monitoring and reporting system. Also facilitate in evolving and operationalizing beneficiary monitoring mechanism.
- Any other task assigned by the supervisor/SPM-MER

National Rural Support Programme (NRSP)
Established in 1991, NRSP is the largest Rural Support Programme in the country in terms of outreach, staff and development activities. It is a not for profit organization registered under Section 42 of Companies Ordinance 1984. NRSP's mandate is to alleviate poverty by harnessing people's potential and undertake development activities in Pakistan. It has a presence in 46 Districts in all the four Provinces including Azad Jammu and Kashmir through Regional Offices and Field Offices. NRSP is currently working with more than half a million poor households organized into a network of more than 57,179 Community Organizations. With sustained incremental growth, it is emerging as Pakistan's leading engine for poverty reduction and rural development.
