Identification of grey areas in existing policies and procedures and suggesting the remedies through positive intervention
Investigating and addressing complaints brought forward by employees regarding sexual harassment, discrimination, or other instances of workplace harassment and assist in any necessary investigations and disciplinary actions.
Coordination of employee Development Plans and Performance Management and organize annual employee performance reviews.
Provision of high-quality advice and service to management on daily employee relations and Performance Management issues.
Management and maintenance of contracts, personnel files and other employee information using HR information systems.
Managing all HR related matters including:

Support all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests
Maintain manual and electronic records of employees
Maintain calendars of the HR management team
Assist with performance management procedures
Produce and submit reports on general HR activity
Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks and issuing employment contracts
Complete termination paperwork and exit interviews
Maintaining employee records (soft and hard copies)
Updating HR databases (e.g. new hires, separations, vacation and sick leaves)
Prepare paperwork for HR policies and procedures
Process employees’ requests and provide relevant information
Coordinate HR projects, meetings and training seminars
Collaborate with the Recruiter to post job ads on careers pages and process incoming resumesPrepare reports and presentations for internal communications
