Managed the design and implementation of the business and marketing strategy for corporate brands of clients as well as 6 e-commerce portals; some of my responsibilities included managing web marketing and providing input to web development and creative teams. Advised on email marketing best practice and campaign optimization and supported sales and marketing teams with statistical analysis on email and website activity
Lead the development of insight driven digital strategies from opportunity identification to experience definition. Trained sales teams on full suite of TRG onshore and offshore capabilities while increasing efficiency of marketing spend.
