● Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing.
● Prepare bids proposal as well as its general enquires and as well as general quotations.
● Providing general administrative support such as preparing correspondence, Filling, agreements,
preparing of bids, arranging meetings, composing regular correspondence, processing
confidential reports and documents, filing electronic and hard copy, tracking deadlines.
● Well familiar with and follow ISO 9001, 18001 & 22000 standards”.
● Physical verification of all offices inventories.
● Arranging travel, accommodation of Senior Sataff.
● Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate.
● Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the Director.
● Carrying out background research and presenting findings.
● Also handle other associate Company matter (Western Services (PVT) Ltd, Golden Horse
Marquee, Westcon international (PVT) Ltd, Biz Broadcasting (PVT) Ltd & Café Paprika
Islamabad).
• Maintenance of payment bills records, Invoices, Bookings, Receivables, Payable, Profit and Loss, Tax related Matters, Salaries records, Daily & Monthly Expense sheets.
• Managing petty cash transactions.
• Responsible for revenue generation, Booked the event, Client Dealing and also encouraging repeat business. Managing all banqueting processes and procedures.
• Developing, implementing and managing events. Organizing trade fairs, Marriage Ceremony, Birthday Parties, conferences, Annual Dinner, Get to gather, product launches.
• Overseeing procurement of catering, audiovisual, security & rental needs.
• Maintaining a calendar of events for effective long term planning & management.
• Supervising & coordinate the activities of Catering Teams, personnel, subordinates & vendors.
• Organized appropriate and timely set up of all functions and meetings
• Planned and executed detailed events while supervising staff
• Management of all aspects of facility set up, food and beverages service
• Ensure the cleanliness, food and beverage, order of the catering, services of the staff.

o Supervise the employees work and assign him task and solve all employees related problem.
