• Office Management overall Plan Office Muzaffargarh including supplies, Utilities, Office Supplies, Stationaries etc
• Working as IT Focal Person in Muzaffargarh Plan Office to deliver IT support to Muzaffargarh Plan Office.
• Payment processing to vendors, compliance & supporting of all administrative documentation well in time for processing in finance modules.
• Preparation & Handing of budget control measures, budget consumption report, budget variance analysis, budget re allocation and budget modification, input of all budget elements in SAP
• Petty Cash Handling, management and submission of liquidation of advances & Petty Cash replenishment.
• Finance Liquidation of Partner Expenses and submission of reports to PUM.
