Thorough working on Siemens Installed base of HV & MV equipment in Pakistan to generate business for spare parts management & overhauling services
Engineering & Design of MV Network to improve Power Quality (11kV Voltage Regulators)
Working with customers to understand their requirements & proposing technically feasible cost effective solution
Preparation of technical and commercial bids for HV, MV & LV substation extension & Upgradation projects for utilities and industrial customers with meticulous analysis of the market trend and competition
Negotiating prices & contract terms with customers to acquire orders within the targeted time.
Provide After Sales Services Support to customers by preparing & offering Annual Maintenance Contracts
Support to Regional Offices in preparation of proposal & approval from management
Use of various sales tools to focus on key customers & opportunities
Impressive customer relations with the higher management of both public and private sector industries
Project Management:
Identify resources required for the project & comprehensive planning for project execution within the prescribed schedule time
Co-ordination and negotiation meetings with various suppliers involved in the project to reduce cost enhancing project profitability
Track project deliveries by strong follow up with suppliers
Track and resolve critical issues to minimize project risk factors
Carried out local & foreign FAT of equipment on behalf of customers
Supervise & manage execution team at site
