· Supervision and Monitoring of 72 Branches and 06 CPCs of Kohat, Bannu, Hangu & D.I.Khan areas.
· Regular visits to designated Branches to ensure effective controls are in place.
· Monitoring of Service standards within the Branches and ensuring seamless services to the clients.
· Generation of vNTB deposits and ensure productivity of Branches subsequently leading to the better productivity of assigned areas.
· Conducting weekly meetings with the Area Management in order to identify the gaps and overcome these gaps by implementing effective strategy for better output.
· Coordination with the Audit Department for timely resolution of audit observations during Branch audits and ensure closure of audit responses within the TATs.
· Monitoring and evaluation of KPIs of entire Team and provide mentorship to the staff.
· Assist the Senior Management in opening and relocation of Branches.
· Monitoring and evaluation of Merger of Branches from Conventional portfolio to Islamic portfolio and coordination with the Islamic Banking Division for timely submission of assigned deliverables.
· Hiring of Retail Banking Staff along with transfer posting.
· Close coordination with HR Department for smooth staff onboarding process.
· Assist Regional Head – Risk & Operations for the tasks assigned by GM – Risk & Operations North Office/ Head Office Karachi.
Development of fresh CBSME portfolio(both assets and liability) in KPK and GB, Monitoring of existing credit portfolio of KPK & GB.

• Ensure up gradation of potential HNI customers.
• Ensure branches are cleansed of non – profitable relationships.
• Ensure adherence to all KYC and Compliance Policies and banking policies and regulations.
• Ensure a clean portfolio with all discrepancies resolved within TAT.
• Ensure monthly FOBO meetings
• Liaison with all the related departments i.e. Business, Operations etc to ensure transactional effectiveness
