In year 2023, i joined Zameen.com which is leading digital real estate broker in Pakistan as Assistant Sales Manager. My job role for this position as follows:
1. Reaching out to potential clients through various channels like social media and the company website.
2.Scheduling and managing meetings with potential clients.
3. Taking clients on property site visits, answering their questions, and showcasing available properties.
4. Using negotiation skills to close deals successfully.
5. Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
6. Consistently exceeding sales targets and gaining valuable insights into Pakistan\'s real estate market.
During my six-week internship at ABPL, I was a part of the Credit and Risk Management Department - CIU. My primary responsibilities included:
1. Prepartion of DBR Statements
2. Impose Observations on Discrepant Documents provided by customers
3. Prepare MIS of Loans rejected files for the purposes of reporting to SBP
4. Ensure SOP of -Internal Verification from Customer and their refrences
5. Generate different statements to check the record of customer like: Debarred, FIU, World Check and Data Check
6. Coordinate with Credit Processor, Credit Analyst and Senior Credit Analyst and Sales team as well
Overall, my internship program at ABPL was a great learning experience, where I gained hands-on experience in credit and risk management operations.
