Data Ingestion of transactional data from primary sources as requested (oracle server) to Data Lake using Spark, Sqoop, MySQL and Impala.
Develop mappings on Informatica software for data migration project from Microsoft SSIS on HBL(Konnect).
Perform data validation and testing on developed mappings for identification of error and execute corrective action.
Optimize and design SQL scripts for better batch processing. 

Achievements:

Reduce the wastage on net fabric used in scrubber product by 15% saving annually 1.2 million.
Reduce changeover time of cylinder dryer by installing J-scray thus increasing production by 2.5% per day. 
Development of Kaizen culture to improve productivity, quality and moral in the whole organization.
Implementation of 5S methodology and introducing internal and external audit culture in the organization.
Reduce carbon footprints by producing less trim wastage during packaging.

Responsibilities:

Developing lean culture in the company by initiating Visual management drive in the company.
Partner with site and functional heads to identify and drive improvement projects in line with customer and business requirements.
Calculate Cost of Poor Quality (CoPQ) and then highlight improvement opportunities during operations.
Designs and implements changes to processes that improve results and reduce cost and eliminate waste.
Develop swim lane flow of different department assigned by the Team lead.
