Finance Executive
Being part of the finance function, following were my key responsibilities
Issuance of Purchase Approval against purchase requisitions for budgeted expenses made by Corporate Office & Regional Units
Acquire special approval for Un-budgeted CAPEX expenditure with reasoned justifications.
Maintaining record of Performance and Loan Guarantees Issued for Projects.
Monitor and maintain record of Loan Guarantee & Bank Guarantee w.r.t to renewal and expiry of Guarantees on monthly basis.
Review Financial Reporting Framework reports received from Regional Units on Monthly & Quarterly basis against standards and report discrepancies.
