>Identifies and monitors the organization’s culture so that it supports the attainment of the company’s goals and promotes employee satisfaction.
Manpower Budgeting and planning with the help of departments involved.
Identifying CAPEX for the year and proposing budget for yearly operational expenses.
Recruitment, Selection, Job Offer, Orientation of employees.
Training Need Analysis and Training Budget & Execution plan development.
Conducting planned and unplanned training, internally or externally as per need and resources.
Development, and up-gradation of HR Manual and different SOPs for HR Department.
Performance Management from KPIs setting till performance evaluation on set measures.
H.O administration, including building maintenance, furniture & fixtures maintenance etc.
Administration of Emergency Preparedness plan, safely, security and hose keeping etc.
Administration of Health & Life Insurance, and ensuring best care is provided to employees.
Events Management like Annual picnic, cricket tournament, BBQ parties, Monthly celebrations etc.
Employees Grievance handling, counseling, issuance appreciation and warning letters etc.
Conducting turnover analysis and exit interview for the employees and presenting report to management.
