PKR. 150,000 - 200,000/Month

Supervise and support a team of RCM staff, including billers, coders, and collectors.
Oversee accurate and timely submission of insurance claims for behavioral health services (inpatient, outpatient, telehealth, etc.).
Ensure compliance with federal and state billing regulations (e.g., CMS, Medicaid, commercial payers).
Review and resolve complex claim denials, rejections, and authorization issues.
Monitor KPIs such as AR days, denial rates, and clean claim rates; develop action plans to address underperformance.
Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure documentation supports accurate billing.
Train and mentor staff on behavioral health coding, payer policies, and system updates.
Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance in billing and coding.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices in revenue cycle management.
Utilize EHR and billing systems to manage workflows and generate financial and operational reports.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree
4–5 years of experience in medical billing or revenue cycle management.
At least 2 years of supervisory or team lead experience.
Prior experience in behavioral health strongly preferred.
Familiarity with insurance verification, pre-authorizations, and payer requirements specific to behavioral health services (e.g., Medicaid, Medicare, commercial insurers).
