We’re looking for a dedicated and dynamic Customer Service Representative to join our team and ensure a seamless experience for our customers.

Timings: 3:00 AM to 12:00 PM (Australian Eastern Standard Time)

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat professionally and efficiently.
  • Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve service processes.
  • Stay updated on our products and services to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory; we’re willing to train the right candidate.
