The Office Executive is responsible for managing daily administrative operations, ensuring smooth office workflow, and supporting various departments in administrative tasks. The role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Administrative Support:

  • Handle day-to-day office operations, including correspondence, documentation, and filing.
  • Maintain office records, files, and databases for easy retrieval.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and official documents.

2. Office Management:

  • Ensure the office is well-organized and stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Manage office equipment, ensuring proper maintenance and functioning.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office-related needs.

3. Scheduling & Coordination:

  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives.
  • Manage calendars and ensure timely communication of schedules.
  • Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and meetings.

4. Communication & Correspondence:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and other communications.
  • Act as a point of contact between departments, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all communications.

7. Data Entry & Reporting:

  • Maintain and update office databases, records, and contact lists.
  • Generate and submit periodic reports as required by management.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Fresh & 2+ years of experience in an administrative or office management role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal skills for dealing with clients and internal teams.

Work Environment:

  • Office-based role with standard working hours.
  • Occasionally may require extended hours for special projects or meetings.
