We are seeking an organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our operations and ensure the smooth running of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings.
  • Handle correspondence and communication with clients, vendors, and partners.
  • Maintain and organize digital and physical records.

Accounting and Payment Tracking:

  • Record and monitor payments from vendors and partners.
  • Invoice generation and ensure timely payment follow-ups.
  • Track and manage stock levels for all products.
  • Conduct regular stock audits and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and proficiency in accounting software or spreadsheets.
  • Familiarity with inventory management and tracking systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic digital tools.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in the beauty or skincare industry is a plus.
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
