We are seeking an organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our operations and ensure the smooth running of our daily activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings.
- Handle correspondence and communication with clients, vendors, and partners.
- Maintain and organize digital and physical records.
Accounting and Payment Tracking:
- Record and monitor payments from vendors and partners.
- Invoice generation and ensure timely payment follow-ups.
- Track and manage stock levels for all products.
- Conduct regular stock audits and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and proficiency in accounting software or spreadsheets.
- Familiarity with inventory management and tracking systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic digital tools.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in the beauty or skincare industry is a plus.
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
