Finishing Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Finishing Supervisor to oversee our finishing department. The successful candidate will be responsible for HIRING AND MANAGING a team of finishers, ensuring high-quality products, and meeting production targets. A key aspect of this role is to have an existing network of skilled finishers and relevant professionals to quickly assemble a team as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage a team of finishers to ensure efficient production and high-quality products
Recruit and hire skilled finishers and relevant professionals to meet production demands, leveraging existing professional networks
Monitor production targets and implement strategies to meet deadlines
Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet company standards
Provide training and guidance to finishers to improve skills and productivity
Identify and resolve production issues, implementing corrective actions as needed
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth production flow
