We are seeking a full-time, on-site Sales Assistant for our Machines Division in Lahore. The role involves supporting the sales process, managing client interactions, and achieving sales objectives. The ideal candidate will have a technical background and experience in customer engagement, contributing to our success in selling advanced machines such as laser cutting machines, fiber cutting machines, and plotters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
- Develop new business from existing and prospective customer accounts.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Handle complex negotiations with senior-level executives.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries effectively.
- Coordinate scheduling and correspondence with clients and sales team members.
- Present a professional image of the company to clients.
Key Requirements:
- Education: Minimum 14 years of qualification (Bachelor’s or relevant Diploma).
- Preferred Qualification: Diploma in Electronics, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and time management proficiency.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
- Experience: Preference will be given to candidates with technical knowledge and experience in customer dealings related to machines or industrial equipment.
