Key Responsibilities:

Administer and maintain Windows/Linux servers, networking devices, and cloud-based systems.
Monitor network infrastructure for performance, stability, and security.
Perform regular backups, updates, and patch management to ensure system reliability.
Manage user accounts, access controls, and cybersecurity protocols.
Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support to internal teams and external clients.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues on billing platforms (SAS and Zal Pro), maintaining billing accuracy and service quality.
Serve as a bridge between technical teams and customer service to address platform-related concerns.
Generate audit, usage, and billing reports using SAS and Zal Pro.
Maintain clear documentation of system configurations and procedures.
Collaborate with vendors on software and system integrations.
Support employee onboarding/offboarding, including device configuration and account setup.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience in system or network administration.
Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, firewalls, and VPNs.
Hands-on experience with billing systems such as SAS and Zal Pro.
Proven customer support or helpdesk background.
Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Network certifications (CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or equivalent).
