PKR. 100,000 - 125,000/Month
In this position you will be responsible for:
- Provide administrative and organizational support to the Human Resources Department
- Maintaining employee records (digitally)
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data
- Assist the HR team in onboarding and offboarding activities
- Assist with absence tracking and reporting
- Collaborate with the Recruiter to post job ads on careers pages and process incoming resumes
- Assist with research for new policies and procedures
- Ensure accuracy in documents, records, and data entry.
- Responding to staff inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related matters
- Manage and address telephonic queries directed to HR
- Assisting in the planning of company events
Qualifications
- Ideally prior working experience in an HR department of minimum 4 years.
- Very good English language skills (both verbal and written), Basic German is a plus.

- Independent, accurate, and structured way of working.
- Hands-on Tools like Humanity, Persona, etc, Trello etc.
- Very good computer knowledge of MS Office software programs.
