Marketing / Event Manager

We are seeking a full-time Marketing & Events Manager to oversee social media, event planning, administrative tasks, and business development initiatives. This is a 40-hour/week remote position ideal for a self-motivated individual with a passion for arts and culture.

Responsibilities:

Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and promote engaging content on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok to build community engagement and grow our following.
Website Updates: Regularly update and maintain our Squarespace website to reflect current events, trips, and organizational updates.
Event Promotions: Promote events through platforms such as Meetup, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other channels to maximize outreach and participation.
Research: Identify B2B collaboration and sponsorship opportunities to drive partnerships and revenue growth.
CRM Management: Set up and manage customer relationship management (CRM) tools to streamline communication and client management.

Requirements:

Gender: Female candidates only.
Education: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Passion for Arts: Genuine interest in arts, culture, and creative expression.

Skills:

Event planning and event management expertise.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently without close supervision.
Technical Requirements: Stable and reliable internet connection, a smartphone, and a good-quality computer.

Qualifications & Desired Skills:

Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and manage tasks independently.
Interest in community building, events, marketing, and small business development.
Experience with or willingness to learn tools such as Squarespace, Mailchimp, CRM software, Canva, Google Docs, and other digital platforms.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
A proactive attitude and a willingness to grow professionally in a dynamic organization.

Benefits:

Competitive Salary: Approx. 100,000 PKR per month (based on experience) after an initial 1-month trial period. The trial period offers a salary of 30,000 PKR.
