1. Employee Records & Documentation

  • Maintain updated employee files and HR database (soft & hard copies).

  • Ensure proper documentation during hiring, transfers, promotions, and exits.

  • Manage employment contracts and probation confirmations.

2. Attendance & Payroll Support

  • Monitor daily attendance and leaves; coordinate with branches for timely updates.

  • Assist in payroll processing and ensure accurate leave and deduction records.

  • Support salary disbursement-related documentation and queries.

3. EOBI & Social Security Compliance

  • Register new employees with EOBI and Social Security departments.

  • Prepare and submit monthly EOBI and Social Security contributions.

  • Maintain up-to-date records and liaison with relevant authorities for compliance.

  • Handle employees’ claims and EOBI pension-related support when required.

4. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Support the hiring process including scheduling interviews, shortlisting, and follow-ups.

  • Assist in onboarding procedures including orientation, ID cards, and system entry.

  • Maintain a database of CVs and support talent acquisition initiatives.

5. Staff Welfare & Compliance

  • Ensure dress code, attendance, and company policies are followed.

  • Coordinate for medical insurance or welfare benefits if applicable.

  • Assist in disciplinary proceedings and ensure compliance with labor regulations.

6. Reporting & Communication

  • Prepare regular HR reports (attendance, turnover, new hires, etc.).

  • Assist in internal HR communications and staff notices.

  • Update and maintain HR dashboards or HRMIS (if available).
