You will be  responsible for the overall supervision and management of the hospital's female staff resident accommodation, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and conducive living environment. This role requires strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills to maintain discipline, resolve conflicts, and provide a supportive living experience.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Monitor the well-being of all female resident staff and address their concerns promptly.
  • Ensure the safety and security of all female residents within the hostel premises.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive living environment for all female residents.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hostel, including cleanliness, maintenance, and security.
  • Implement and enforce hostel rules and regulations.
  • Conduct regular inspections of rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness and order.
  •  Address maintenance issues and coordinate repairs as needed.
  • Maintain discipline among female residents and address any behavioural issues promptly and fairly.
  •  Mediate conflicts between residents and resolve disputes effectively.
  • Communicate effectively with female residents, staff, and management regarding hostel matters.
  • Maintain accurate records of resident information, including attendance and any disciplinary actions.
  • Prepre regular reports on hostel activities, incidents, and any other relevant matters.
  • Develop and implement emergency response plans for the hostel.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of residents during emergencies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
  • 5-6 years of relevant experience in a residential setting.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
