We are seeking a proactive and dedicated HR Specialist to join our team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing the full recruitment lifecycle and overseeing day-to-day office operations. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to maintaining the highest level of integrity. Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Selection:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and extending offers.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Collaborate with managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.

Office Management:

  • Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the office.
  • Ensure office supplies and equipment are adequately stocked and maintained.
  • Address employee inquiries and maintain a productive work environment.

Onboarding and Integration:

  • Coordinate and execute onboarding processes to ensure a positive candidate-to-employee transition.
  • Conduct orientation sessions and assist new hires with integration into the organization.

Talent Management:

  • Maintain an up-to-date talent pool and pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve the hiring process.
  • Compliance and Documentation:

Ensure recruitment practices and office operations align with company policies and labor laws.

  • Maintain accurate records of candidates, interviews, hiring decisions, and office expenditures.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Proven experience in office management or administrative roles.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and local labor laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated integrity and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
  • Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive team player.
  • Mandarin speaking is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience using HR management software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Familiarity with employer branding and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Proven ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.
